I hereby release and hold harmless New River Church, any other volunteers, workers and those who receive our services of all claims of any sort arising out of work done in connection with the Hearts & Hammers ministry of New River Church. This waiver of liability is unconditional and stands to the greatest extent allowed by law. I agree and understand that typing my name serves as my electronic signature and serves as the equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature and consent to this Waiver of Liability agreement.
